Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and aa66 (the "Platform"). Eligibility

aa66 reserves the right to carry out age and identity verification checks at any time. Where a player fails to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe, aa66 may suspend the account and withhold pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may register only one account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. aa66 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

• You must not share your aa66 account credentials with any other person. Sharing login details is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

• Your account balance is denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers and bonus amounts are recorded in BDT.
• aa66 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address or payment method ownership.
• Accounts inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be deemed dormant. aa66 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts, with notice given to the registered contact prior to any deduction.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If any registered details change, including your mobile number, you must update your account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delayed or refused withdrawals.

Deposits and Withdrawals

aa66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. The following conditions govern all financial transactions on aa66:

• Deposits are typically credited to your balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. In cases of technical delay, contact aa66 support with your transaction reference number.

Bonuses and Promotions

aa66 offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms. The following general conditions apply to all aa66 bonuses unless promotion-specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited in BDT upon fulfilment of qualifying criteria (such as a minimum deposit). Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before winnings may be withdrawn.

Players enrolled in self-exclusion or who have set a deposit limit are not eligible to receive bonus offers during that period. Any bonus credited to such an account in error will be voided.

aa66 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities. Where aa66 has reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct, it will suspend the relevant account, preserve all associated records and refer the matter to appropriate authorities without prior notice to the player.

Intellectual Property

All content on aa66, including text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, page layouts and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of aa66 or is licensed to aa66 by third-party providers. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aa66 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue or any other intangible losses, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or any other legal theory, even if aa66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

aa66 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously or free from interruption. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, less any applicable deductions. Where closure is due to a breach, aa66 reserves the right to retain the balance in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

aa66 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated in the notice.
